Andrew Klinman, Founder & President
Andrew launched Channel Performance, Inc. in March 2001 with a vision to provide a world class resource for innovative and effective solutions for the scalable, redundant, reliable data center. With 20 years experience working the IT reseller channel, Andrew is a recognized expert on data center power & cooling solutions and leading authority in the network critical physical infrastructure market. Data center deployments extend internationally with a diversity of global topologies and business cultures. By committing to providing the highest level of customer service, Andrew has established an extensive customer base including Fortune 1000 organizations, large and mid-size enterprise, government and universities, serving the management and acquisition of data center solutions. Under Andrew's leadership, vendors such as Schneider Electric APC/MGE, Eaton, Emerson/Liebert, and Raritan have awarded Channel Performance the highest levels of partner certification.

Kelley Hall, Manager, Technical Sales Support
Kelley brings extensive project coordination/management experience to Channel Performance. As a Project Coordinator with APC by Schneider Electric, Kelley was responsible for managing multiple data center projects simultaneously, maintaining pro-active communication with customers, contractors, and/or project managers on all aspects of a project from purchase order receipt through delivery to final start-up services. Kelley brings with her a wealth of contacts and relationships in Sales, Service, Manufacturing, Planning and Distribution from Schneider Electric. Her responsibilities at Channel Performance include serving as the UPS Contract Administrator, interfacing with customers and vendors, quoting of on-site service warranty renewal and battery replacement, parts and licensing contract sales, and contract maintenance. In addition, Kelley will serve as the UPS Project Coordinator/Manager, using her experience from APC by Schneider Electric to efficiently act as a liaison between Channel Performance, APC by Schneider Electric and customers to assist in the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of a project.

Chris Apicella, Systems Engineer
Chris brings extensive systems engineering experience to Channel Performance and is responsible for the support and implementation of Channel Performance industry leading hardware and software solutions. Chris has 20 years of IT operational and management experience, including 5 years in world class datacenter environments. Chris is able to quickly and expertly troubleshoot, identify and resolve customer issues and provide efficient, affordable, and easy to manage solutions designed to meet the most stringent requirements. Chris holds respected industry certifications: Comptia Security+ and Microsoft MCSA.
